​

How can I become a vendor at Afro Plus Fest?
Fill out our
vendor application form if you’d like to participate in our marketplace. We are accepting food, drink, merchandise, and brand activation vendors.

 

 

Ticketing

​

Will tickets sell out?
Yes. Tickets are limited and expected to sell out. We recommend purchasing early to lock in the best price tier.

​

How many tickets can I buy?
You may purchase up to eight (8) tickets per transaction.

​

What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted via our official ticketing platform.

​

When should I get my ticket confirmation?
You’ll receive an email confirmation within minutes of purchase. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox, check your spam folder or contact the ticket provider.

​

What if my card hasn’t been charged?
Charges should process within two business days. If not, contact our ticketing partner.

​

How do I avoid ticket fraud?
Only purchase through our official ticketing platform. Tickets bought from unauthorized sellers or resellers may not be valid and will be denied at the gate.

​

When will tickets ship?
Physical tickets will ship closer to the festival date. If you haven’t received yours one week before the event, contact the ticketing provider.

​

I’m international—how do I get my ticket?
Tickets will ship to the U.S. and Canada. All other international tickets will be held at Will Call and require a valid ID for pickup.

 

Can I transfer tickets to my friends?
Yes, you can buy for others. However, once a ticket is scanned at the gate, it becomes non-transferable. Only the original purchaser may access order support.

  • Event Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
     

  • Box Office / Will Call: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
     

 

 

Age Policy

​

Afro Plus Fest is an all-ages event.
We welcome guests of every age. However, we recommend that children under 16 attend with a parent or guardian
for safety.

​

Please note:

​

  • 21+ only for all bar areas and the VIP Lounge
     

  • A valid, government-issued photo ID is required to access 21+ sections or to purchase alcohol
     

 

 

Refund Policy

​

Can I get a refund if an artist cancels or if I can’t attend?
All sales are final. Tickets are for the Afro Plus Fest experience as a whole—not for any one artist. Lineup, schedule, and set times are subject to change without notice.

​

Refunds are only issued if the festival is fully canceled.
All service-related fees (processing, shipping, handling, etc.) are non-refundable.

 

 

Health & Safety

​

Our top priority is keeping guests safe while providing an unforgettable experience. Security, medical staff, and support teams will be onsite at all times.

General Festival Info

​

Can I come and go from the festival?
No. There is no re-entry once your ticket is scanned.

​

Will set times be shared in advance?
Yes. Set times will be released the week of the festival on our website, email newsletter, and Instagram.

​

What kind of camera can I bring?
Small personal cameras and phones are allowed. Professional gear (detachable lenses, large rigs, video cameras) is not allowed without an approved press pass.

​

Is there a Lost & Found?
Yes. Lost & Found will be clearly marked on the festival map. Items like phones, wallets, IDs, or chargers not claimed during the event will be processed off-site via our digital Lost & Found partner.

​

Can I promote or pass out flyers at the festival?
No. Unauthorized promotional materials, flyers, and posters are not allowed inside or around the venue. Violators may be banned from future events.

​

Is the festival cashless?
Yes. Afro Plus Fest is 100% cashless. All vendors accept credit, debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can convert cash to prepaid cards on site if needed.
